Jessica Stepp joined the agency in 2018 and is licensed in personal lines insurance. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Dubuque. Technically an Iowa native, but raised in Wisconsin, Jessica came to Dubuque for college and has since made it her home. She lives with her boyfriend, Daniel, and their four cats.
Jessica is an artist and poet, having shown her art in Dubuque’s galleries and cafes and the surrounding area. She’s an avid reader and enjoys studying ethics and morality. She enjoys baking, the outdoors, playing D&D and video games.
